Hall Rental

The main hall is 1800 sq. feet and is large enough to seat 125 people. We offer the use of tables and chairs at no extra charge.  The main floor of the hall is hardwood and has a raised stage at the one end of the hall.  The hall offers varied lighting depending on the mood of your gathering from the brightness of overhead fluorescent lighting to the intimacy of twinkle lights.

The washrooms are located off the main hall, and are handicap accessible.

The kitchen area directly off the main hall has two parts, a small bar area or coffee area with a walk-up counter. There is also a full non-commercial kitchen with a fridge, stove and dishwasher.  We also have dishes, cutlery, and coffee urns available.

Please note: there is no sound system available at the hall.

The hall is located on a 7-acre site with a large grass field adjacent to the hall. Upon request, the use of the field can be reserved for private events and allow camping during an event. However “no open fires are permitted.”

The parking lot is a paved surface with lighting and has ramp access to the entrance of the hall.

Damage deposit of $250 by cheque or cash must be received upon signing contract and liability waiver.  We would hold payment until hall has been checked.

Cancellation of event within 14 days of event – booking fee is NOT REFUNDED.

Saturday events – Keys given out after 7:00 pm on Friday night, if the hall is not rented. Hall must be cleaned and out by… 9:00 am Sunday. Reserving the hall all day Friday for setup and decoration, is a extra $150 charge. Keys given out Thursday night 7:00 pm or later.

Field camping included in rental fee, garbage must be taken with you, Field clean and tidy and exit by noon following event. NO OPEN FIRES ALLOWED.
